Bow Wow Designs Return and Exchange Policy
If any Bow Wow Designs website purchase fails to meet your expectations, simply return your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full merchandise refund or exchange.
Refunds will be made via check or credited back to your credit card within 30 days of return of item.
Our apologies, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom orders. We do not reimburse initial shipping charges or item return shipping charges however no new exchange shipping charges will be placed to your account. Only the initial value of the purchased item will be refunded.

On the packing receipt, please let us know the reason for the return and/or what you would like to exchange the merchandise for. Please do not place a new website order for the item(s) you would like in exchange. If you place a new order, your credit card will be charged for that order. If the merchandise is exchanged for an item of lesser or greater value the difference will be charged to or returned to the credit card used for the original transaction. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
Please note: We cannot honor returns or exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 30 days, has been used, or is not in its original new condition. Only items in unused condition will be accepted for refund. Items returned damaged, torn, unclean, with excess pet hair or odor will not be accepted for refund. All purchases of toys, treats, sale, clearance, and perishable items are FINAL.
